Report something that didn't happen most like?

As the others have said, bring on the video. Most of the 'bad driving' videos on youtube are of people mildly inconveniencing each other, so would be good to see something of note.
Yes, they seem to consist of people deliberately accelerating towards someone who has probably entered the road or roundabout ahead of them and honking at them as if there was a near-miss.

Maybe it was a national express driver?

Can't believe no one else brought it up.

I don't think the words "self preservation" and "common sense" feature in Deaston's dictionary

Anyone care to explain how I upload a video to this site? I can't see any way of doing it.

It's quite interesting on a personal level - having actually got my dashcam and viewed it back, it's not quite how I remember. My memory is the car being almost entirely on my side - in fact it was still mostly on its own side, but was incredibly close to the lorry it was overtaking.

Edit - I've managed to upload an image, at least:

  • It's all gone very quiet.

My apologies. I don't live online like a lot of people here seem to.

  • I think you've uploaded the wrong image.
A car was suddenly on my side, hurtling towards me as they overtook a lorry.

That's because I made them up. It's all a lie.

This image is not from a couple of seconds earlier as I passed them. So don't even bother looking at it.

  • Looks like a perfectly reasonable overtaking manoeuvre happening. If that's footage of your situation then you're worrying unnecessarily.
