If someone coming the other way is on my side of the road, do I have to move over?

That would be interesting, suspect we may be kept wanting though0 -

I think you may be too quick to judge. Deastons is pro-road safety and is a regular poster. I'm sure s/he will post the footage in due course.0

I do have a dashcam, but I haven't reported it. Can't believe they'll be that interested.
Yes, this road is constantly a "three lane" road. In rush hour, long queues form to the roundabout at the end, so a large number of cars just drive on the other side of the road, forcing oncoming traffic to move over for them and then go all the way around the roundabout (forcing the queuing traffic to give way to them).
Saves them about 5mins of queuing, so well worth it I'm sure.
Please please report this, or get it into a facebook or youtube. They need to be shamed or eventually they might kill somebody. Perhaps send the clip to your local newspaper, they might agree to post it online to serve as a warning, especially if its known to be a dangerous road (due to the common event of drivers overtaking on the wrong side).0 -

As the others have said, bring on the video. Most of the 'bad driving' videos on youtube are of people mildly inconveniencing each other, so would be good to see something of note.0 -
It's a really difficult question. Should you move over slightly to avoid a collision at a combined speed of about 120mph?
Tough one that.0 -

Tough one that.
It's a combined speed in that if both are doing 60 then their combined speed is 120. The closing speed of 120 would greatly reduce his time to react hence why I said he should brake. It's isn't however a 120 mph collision so whether he's in the imaginary 4x4, van or mini would make a lot of difference.0
