WEDNESDAY , I'm gonna Google EFT now x
I tried a EFT exercise last night before I went to sleep. I read about this guy Brad Yates (on Youtube) in a health magazine. It was to calm anxiety while isolating from the virus. I'm not sure if it worked or not as I was tired and went to bed straight away so I am going to try it again when I am more alert.
He obviously warns you to wash your hands properly before you try tapping, especially your face, at this time!5 -

Thanks for the confirmation ladies ( sorry, rubbish at quoting). I'll head to M&S tomorrow and let you know how I get on. As you mentioned LL, it might not actually be that much more expensive, depending on what I get. Now, more than ever, I really appreciate this thread6

Like me with acupuncture, not a fan of that at all. It really hurt for me, anyway.

🤣🤣. Thanks Candy. You made me laugh.
Good morning my lovely friends.
How are we all, hope you are all well and staying positive. My champagne moments.....waking up this morning to sunshine and being symptom free. The gift of another day ........ok there's not much heat in the sun and there's always a chance I could succumb but I'm not going fret. I can say to the grim reaper..."not today". 😂🤣
Yes my time will come, hopefully all in good time.....in the words of "Gladiator"........"not yet, not yet". 😉So today ....I am going to sort some cupboards, put the washing machine on, go for a walk and depending on how cold it is, I might pull up a few weeds. Going to do some yoga and cook a nice supper but first I'm going to phone a friend.Stay safe and well and remember every cloud has silver lining. We just have to make sure we look for them.I found two silver linings yesterday.......Seeing ordinary people pulling together and helping one another, some footballers lending their hotels to the NHS, wealthy celebs and business people donating large sums of money.
Seeing satellite pictures of the earth with less air pollution. There is a lesson there for all to see, a confirmation of what scientists have been trying to tell us for decades - that we need to clean up our act. For now we are giving the Earth a much needed breathing space. Hopefully, when this is over and we gear up again, governments and big business will do more to ensure we all live more sustainable and "greener" lifestyles. We can get through this......If we self isolate and protect each other we will come out the other side and then we will have a golden opportunity to "reset".Enjoy your day and keep those champagne moments flowing.7 -
Champagne moments yesterday included receiving a lovely, caring message from our gorgeous DS
We had planned to visit him, his partner and our 20 month old granddaughter this weekend, but because of Covid-19 we have all agreed it's best not to make the trek from Wales to Brighton. Will be sending them lots of lovely goodies by post instead
More champagne moments in the form of seeing all our bulbs springing to life - since buying our cottage we've planted hundreds of bulbs (including alliums, irises, snowdrops - mostly purchased in the sales) plus there were already loads of native bluebells here and it's so cheering when they start to make an appearance!
Also and most importantly, just feeling so lucky to have a healthy, happy family
And finally feeling blessed to have a home that's gradually becoming more beautiful - even if we've had to make do with filling the bath with buckets of water for the past two years, lol!!!
Keep safe everyone!Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
