Views online not translating into actual viewingsor offers

My home has been on the market for just over a month. Not a long time I know, but I would have hoped for some viewings in this time. We had a viewing when the house first went on the market but that’s it.
It’s performing above average in terms of people viewing online, but it’s not translating into viewings or offers.

As an objective viewer, what could be improved or further highlighted in photos or write up please?
Many thanks

If you're feeling brave then post a link so we can see the advert. Without that what do you expect anyone to be able to say?

As a new user you won't be allowed to post links but removing the http://www. from the beginning should let you post it.

Edit - Well done. This is it...

Looks fine to me but I know nothing of local prices.

What it doesn't have which others at similar prices nearby do, is a drive/ garage or ability to park right outside.
So maybe that makes it expensive compared to those ?

Thank you for your reply Joe.
You’re right, unfortunately there is no parking outside, but it does have two parking spaces. Neighbours are always very considerate and we all use only our allotted spaces.
It’s slightly higher price than others that are similar in the row of houses due to having the two spaces as opposed to one, and a garden 3x the size of the others due to being end terrace.

I would be wondering just how small the 3rd bedroom is as there is no picture. Otherwise seems a nice house, just needs the right person looking for that house due to parking etc

One thing that really jumps out is the kitchen, such a small number of cupboards and no place for a dishwasher is offputting. I think I would have had a return under the window and perhaps put the f/freezer where the understairs cupboard is. But obviously that's not something you could easily remedy now.

Having said that, your walled garden would get me through the door!

Selling a house does take time. Plenty of people window shop. Totally different to those in a proceedable position currently.

What was the feedback from the viewings that you have had?

What has the EA said about the current state of the market in your locality?

The problem with a place that has a complete stopper to many is that you'll never get those people round to say "very nice but it doesn't have X which is a must for me"

(actually you will get wallies like that, but by and large the majority of people who must have X, say a garage or drive in this case, are never going to visit to tell you that that is a must)

Unfortunately the people who did View gave no feedback. It was all very positive when they were here, but th u didn’t return any calls from the EA for feedback which is frustrating.
Current market - properties in our search bracket - we are seeing a few coming to market frequently but also quite a few SSTC within a short space of time. Obviously there are exceptions to this. There is a virtual tour on the EA page which may reduce some physical viewings as they can get a feel for the house from that.
I feel certainly the walled garden is a huge selling point.
I’ve been quite chilled and laid back about the process, understanding that it can take time, although today I viewed a property which immediately felt like home!!!! So now I’m very aware that if we don’t have a buyer there’s an extremely high chance an offer will be accepted on the property we like before we can officially offer.

I've always used EA's to undertake the viewing. Found that most people are pretty frank as to why the property wasn't for them. A car is a car, but likewise all vary in some way. You know when something is right for you though. If we all liked the same things. Houses would be uniform in nature.
