    Early Happy New Year to all! Hubby found a fiver in a birthday card and dutifully potted it. Meanwhile, I threw my coppers into our separate copper jar and a few of my silvers to the sealed pot :)

    Hi everyone - Happy New Year :)

    I am returning to the forum after being away for a few months. Am starting again with this challenge, have a pot and have started by putting £1.12 into it.

    Could I have a number please :)

    I’ve only managed to pot a couple of coins this past week so am now upto £41.80.
    I have managed to make an extra payment to my credit card and put money in my savings account so won’t be hard on myself for not potting.

    I’m going to take £15 out of the atm on Wednesday and whatever is left over from taxi fares/milk will be potted on Sunday.

    Happy New Year. Have come back from New Year Evening out with change in my purse which has been potted.
    Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
