Morning Sue and fellow potters! :wave:

Potted a fabulous £9.05 yesterday - I love this challenge!! :j

Unlikely to pot anything today as it will be a NSD. DS has croup so plan is to stay home, keep warm and rest up for the night when he’s at his most miserable

Hope everyone else is adding to their pots and keeping the dreaded lurgy away. You know what they say - potting each day keeps the doctor away! :rotfl:

Great potting 32b3, and you're right, there's some amazing potting going on by everyone! :dance: Even those who are having problems are still potting all they're able to!!!

I think I'd be inclined to agree with your friend, Choccygirl, the changes between cold and warm/hot certainly makes a difference. Great work with straightening your hubby out re the Sealed Pot rules, yours too! £2.78 is a heck of a step up from 7p, fantastic!!

Wow Vicky! You're going great guns and have every right to be feeling virtuous in potting all the cash saved from coffee and not going to Slimming World!! :A Another member with marvellous plans for her pot!!!!
I think the symptoms are a little more bearable now thanks, particularly during the night as I've now had 2 nearly full night's now!! Thanks a lot Vicky.


Oh your poor hubby, browneyed_girl, no wonder he's feeling miserable as it's a horrible cough that comes with it. I really hope he's soon feeling very much better.
You've certainly done well on the potting front though!!! BTW, I'll bear your addage in mind though I don't think I've heard about it before.


Nothing for me, but I look forward to the next time the pot grins at me when I pop something in it.

Well, I have decided I'm DEFINITELY stopping going to Slimming World. I need to get my head in the "right" place and not keep beating myself up - but this does mean that I have potted my first £4.95!

Also got a payout of £19.27 from TopCashback! Duly transferred! :j :j

I'm feeling virtuous now. And it's another day of no spending. Absolute bonus.

£5.31 potted today. Going Christmas shopping with my friends tomorrow. My gifts are all bought and wrapped so I will just be ‘advising’ my friends on their purchases ie, saving their families from a right load of rubbish :rotfl::rotfl:

I understand what you're saying about the online shopping, but you did amazingly through SPC 11, and if you were only to get a half or a third of that this year then I'd still consider it much to be proud of!!! :dance: Do what you can - as we all do!
