Why are we at 120+ posts and this still isn't clear for the OP?

The letter is the same as to what’s been uploaded.

A new letter saying the same ? Are they not asking about the cancelled payments ?

Maybe they realise they are on a loser

BUT ..... as you paid money to them, in theory they would have paid the amount to the PPC, so have the PPC refunded them ???

If they are acting on behalf of the PPC again for the full ticket price, then it starts again and this time minus the £60 fake DRP add-on

As it's DRP. everyone ignores them

And now .... who is the PPC

Umkomaas that letter is May 2018, he has received another letter
I know that it's not his actual letter, but one, lifted via Google Images, that we've seen any number of times previously. You seem to credit DRP with the ability to do some original thinking beyond their half-dozen templates and issue something bespoke.

Nothing changes, once you recognise the pattern.

Exactly, thank you for confirming that I was on the button with this crock of shiite from DRP.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

But we know all that ... I am the last to credit DRP with anything

The OP cancelled his payments and got monies paid back from his bank ..... it is how DRP will handle this that I am interested in, not the junk letters they send

But that's all we are talking about at this stage!

I told Jay exactly what the letter was. I've been proved right. Nothing further to say. Please don't let this descend into another ambulance DYL parking for lunch break nugatory drone.

We know all that Umk, your advice is the same as we all say.and not limited to you

We shall see what advice is given when DRP want the money back, as they will ....

Both coupon-mad and myself said for the OP to cancel payments

DRP letters are par for the course to ignore, that's old hat

You and I must wait to see how DRP will attempt to get the money back ?

Of course it is, if DRP revert back to crap letters when payments are cancelled and clawed back from the bank. of course it's priceless
We know what to tell others who have been conned by DRP
