Network exsists, has full function
Just refuse to pay their prices for something already paid for.
If they can support the sim, they can support the outhere pack0 -
Sometime next week I’ll be contacting the ombudsman service
For information
Does anybody have any advice on how to deal with them please?
Thanks0 -

Just write your complaint and explain why you think a defunct business that no longer trades should still be offering you the service.
Probably best if you leave out the bit where you’ve been stalking and ringing EE staff at home though...====0 -
I switched to 3 Network on the 123 tariff. what I lose in free texts I make up in substantially lower call charges 3p/min as opposed to 15p+/min on ee/orange.0

Good luck with that argument, Orange UK and T-Mobile UK ceased to exist in 2010 with EE paying a licence to Orange to use the Orange brand name until 2019.
Orange does still exist, if the stalker wants to push his case.

For the stalker, try 33 14444 2222 and ask for the CEO, Mr. St!phane Richard, I'm sure he'll talk to you...0 -

You are conflating branding with legal entities.
T-Mobile UK is simply EE's former name.
Orange UK also seems to be still operational with the same registered address. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
