    Charming, there is 7 billion people in the world and at least two of them work at EE and both stated they will no longer talk to me, but just end the call.

    Not what you expect from an executive customer care team!

    I hate EE anyway. I had broadband with them and nothing but problems. Final straw was when they put my monthly fee up from £19.75 to £32. Then they tried to offer me it for £19 again if I stayed and cancelled the switch. Ha no thanks.

    I always wondered what would happen at the end. I sort of assumed that if you say to Orange "I paid £15 for a service that you refuse to provide", they would say "OK we will give you £15. Now go away". Surely it would be easy for Orange to give £15 to people who complain.
