The snotty email I received implies that outhere is not supported, funny, how 19 year old SIM card is

Also funny how if you search “developer ee” in same sentence something interesting happens

I think we disagree on what interesting means.

    Oh why would that be?
Clearly you’re not a person that is interested in developer mode of anything :(

Any update on this? Only just noticed the other day that I'd lost my free texts because it wiped out all my credit by charging for them.

What sort of update? They're closing it down and no amount of dodgy stalking from people like Paul is going to change that I'm afraid.

It would certinaly appear to be worth testing in court in terms of the odds of winning. The only issue is that texts are now so cheap and thus it's not such a valuable service as it once was.

I would think the only point in pursuing this further and even through the courts would be out of principle. Other than that it is hardly worth bothering with these days. So many deals about including PAYG that include bundles of texts. Also other free messaging services like Whatsapp are widely used these days.

Do the die hard "Out Here" users really just send 5 texts a day and then stop all communication?

Yes I did/was using my 5 a day, once Mr A stopped it, not rung or texted anybody. Odd day didn’t but yes used it most days.

I brought a second phone/sim from different company on principle only for outgoing commications.

    Use Orange only for incoming.

That’s a good find, but had Mr A not pulled the plug would never ever thought of changing.

Why change, when almost happy with service get.
