I'm not sure why you keep ringing them. You have a judgement that they will ignore for now and ever more.

An alternative to HCEO is a Statutory Demand

    https://www.gov.uk/statutory-demands

It's the first stage of winding a company up. If they ignore it you can issue a winding up petition. That would certainly focus their mind. They won't ignore that unless they don't want to trade anymore.

Should I call Paypal one last time and tell them that I will also go to press because they do not respect laws and ignore a court order before I enforce the judgment?

Don't waste your time, as everyone else is telling you, if they'll ignore the County Court, they'll ignore you. Let the HCEOs at them.
  • It seems this company has no tangible assets in the UK. Their registered office is simply a London law firm, there will be no company assets there. I suspect that sending round HCEOs is likely to be a waste of time and money unfortunately.

But they have another office in Richmond where they may have some assets including an expensive coffee machine, furniture, and PCs. Since I have a court Judgment, I plan to send HCEO, If enforcement is not successful, it is only 66£ + tax that I will lose bu It will be a great experience, Imho.

I think I will choose this path. statutory demand seems a good option!

Can you just confirm exactly which company you have secured a judgment against - is it Paypal (Europe) Ltd?

Steampowered - what makes you think the company has no assets here?

    UPDATE:

I just received an email from a solicitor acting on behalf of Paypal EU Ltd.
Now, the solicitors acting on behalf of PayPal EU saying that for any further communication, I can email him.

What should I do ? should I keep in touch with him and ask him that I will withdraw the CJJ if PayPal releases my money, otherwise I will enforce the judgment?

    Or
should I just ignore him and send HCEO ?

Why don't you name the solicitor so other posters can see if they are real and maybe somebody may have dealt with them in the past.

If you have won a CCJ against them and they have not paid you then you can't withdraw the CCj. If Paypal don't pay within 30 days of judgement then the CCJ stays on their credit file.

You've got two choices and really it's your call. We haven't seen the email or know who the solicitor is so can't comment on what they are likely to do.

You can communicate with them and hope they don't obtain a set aside while you procrastinate over your next move or you can enforce by either HCEO or Statutory Demand.

It really is your call and only you can judge the tone of the email.
