    waamo,
You responded to comms69 (rightly so) about a lack of detail as to which legal entity the ruling involved in which he said
Whilst your CCJ is enforceable anywhere in the EU; it is only against assets of the named defendant.
. My point was that this is not the case, so I contend that I'm not introducing a spurious thread into the conversation, especially given the comment by knightstyle, which may or may not be accurate (but hasn't been challenged).

Unhopyangle, I agree with your post bar
Unless of course you're accusing the OP of criminal activity, which would be a bit hypocritical given your jumping to conclusions comment and particularly because the standard of proof required in law for criminal wrongdoing is much higher than that of civil wrongdoing.
    .

As you have, and rightly so, donned your pedants hat, I'd like to point out that I have not jumped to that conclusion at all. I was merely wondering what the specifics of the case were, flippantly worded I grant you, as it may serve as an educational mechanism for others. I don't see this as unreasonable. There appears at the root of the matter a process issue (which a court case is not the best tool) with what looks like someone who is not natural (either in law, culture or in vernacular or other) to the UK interfacing with what sounds like UK process, which is consequently failing.

    Surely this bears scrutiny?

Very sorry for the delay regarding my case. I had difficulties receiving my judgment and yesterday I have received it. I will write a detailed second post regarding.

They refused to release my money because they were not able to confirm my NON-EU ID. Regardless they were able to confirm my ID or not, money was being held for more than 10 months now. No dispute, No chargeback, all customers are happy, so what any valid reason do paypal have to hold my money?

I have called them today and emailed the copy of the CCJ today. The agent on the phone said that ''she had no any authorization to take any action but all she could do was to transfer the CCJ to the right department'', which should be paypal's legal department.

If you have any question, feel free to ask, I will let all you know about the updates.

Thank you all for your support.

When you don't get paid, escalate to the high court and be waiting outside the address with a camera. Should be interesting

I would do that asap as they may well apply for a set aside.

    Update:

I have contacted Paypal 2 times 3.5 weeks ago and I did not hear from them again. Paypal agent told me they were gonna contact me but they did not at all. Although I have a judgment against PayPal, they seem to ignore it.

Yesterday, I called County Court regarding my case and the court said they did not apply for a set-aside. Lady said that it is perfectly appropriate to enforce my judgment.

Should I call Paypal one last time and tell them that I will also go to press because they do not respect laws and ignore a court order before I enforce the judgment? high court enforcement of the judgment will cost me around 66£ but If they cannot find any asset, they won't be able to do seize them. It is still worth a try though.

I would like to hear your guys' opinion.

For £66 it's worth a try but you will find they have no assets in the UK.

They are ignoring you because they can as it's not their first time in this situation.

If you keep ringing and not doing then they wont take you seriously. Pay the £66 a get on with the process of getting your money back (if they find assets)

Don't call them, you're not talking to anyone who gives a flying monkeys about your debt.

Also the chances of Paypal not having any assets are infinitesmal. Pay the money and as I said, try to be at the office and do some filming when the HCEO turns up. They will get your money within the hour, although I really hope they have to take some PCs, desks and potted plants.
