    Good loss Top girl.

Yesterday I managed a day 100% on plan with only 6 syns. With the way I have been recently that is a massive achievement.

    Today's plan:
Breakfast - bacon, egg and tomatoes
Lunch - nandos (chicken, corn on cob and green salad)
    Dinner - cottage pie

    HA - milk
    HB - none
Syns - 3 for nandos and maybe another for my daughter's chips I'll nick
If I'm hungry this evening I might have a bowl of porridge for my HB

Plain butterfly chicken with skin on is 3 syns (add 0.5 per tbsp. for all sauces except mango which is 1) and spicy rice is 2. Have a corn on the cob without butter for free food and a green side salad for speed and it's a great choice for a meal out.

Comparatively a Beanie Wrap is 34.5 syns and a grilled chicken pitta is 20!

LMCD The butterfly chicken is probably the best @ 3 Syns (inc skin!), corn & salad are both Free as long as there's no butter or dressing. If you want spicy rice that's 2 syns. Nando's is probably one of the best choices for eating out.

    Kathrynha thanks.

kathrynha - the 3 syns is including skin according the website so no idea how many without but as you had it without I'd probably not syn the sauce if it was just a little bit. Well done on not nicking any chips!

Denise, don't you have to syn a jacket potato or call it a HEB on Red days? It's not something I've ever done but that rings a bell for me. Great restraint kathrynha.:)

Yes Maman it would be my HEB. I haven't had any HEBs yet other than the jacket tonight. Didn't have the Ryvita's at lunchtime Probably 2/3 of the plate was Speed food with the salad and various pickles!

So can still have another HEA and HEB this evening if I want something.

Just having a glass of wine now.
