Off to my first class tonight. Excited and apprehensive at the same time. I'm going with a friend who's been losing well on the plan.0

hi all,
playing catch up with the posts of who has been eating what and losing. Well done on your losses.
I stayed the same this week, which I am happy with as my syns and food are all in check.
I have majorly increased my physical activity/body magic.. which I reckon put me to maintain. The step-in SW leader stated about how exercise is to only contribute to 20% weight loss but I want to do both in order to be healthy and toned and working it as I go along. Doing wonders for my mental health too.
So my weight stands at 13 stone. Started taking a progress pic on Monday for personal reference..to see it even if the numbers on scale don't always change.
b - bran flakes and skimmed milk.
l - wholemeal toast and primula with ham and 2 boiled eggs ( 6.5 syns)
d - sw jambalya with loads of salad (1.5)
treat of 2 truffles 5 syns:eek:
snacks fruit! satsumas and prob the mix of grapes, strawberries and blackberries soon.
heres to a good week all.0 -
Thank you! I honestly didn't think I'd lost so I'm over the moon. Maybe I'm just one of those people who has to go to group!0

Good loss Top girl.
Yesterday I managed a day 100% on plan with only 6 syns. With the way I have been recently that is a massive achievement.
Today's plan:
Breakfast - bacon, egg and tomatoes
Lunch - nandos (chicken, corn on cob and green salad)
Dinner - cottage pie
HA - milk
HB - none
Syns - 3 for nandos and maybe another for my daughter's chips I'll nick
If I'm hungry this evening I might have a bowl of porridge for my HBZebras rock0 -
Well done kathrynha on a 100% day. Wish I'd been as sensible when I went to Nandos last weekend! I shared a whole chicken with DH and had the spicy rice (which was actually so dry it was inedible! and wish I'd gone for the corn as I usually do. Must try harder when I eat out!
Was really surprised and pleased to have had a small loss of 0.5lb. Was definitely expecting that I'd get a STS or even a small gain!
Today's plan:
B - grapes - after WI
L - prawns, smoked salmon, HM Coleslaw (0.5 sun for LTL mayo); lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spring onion, pickled onions, pickled beetroot, HM synfree onion chutney, 1 Extra Light Laughing Cow (1 syn)
D - pork chop, jacket potato with cottage cheese, green beans, peas
HEA - milk
HEB - not sure yet but possibly some Ryvita and/or hifi bars
Syns - mayo 0.5; Laughing Cow1; may have glass of wine tonight 5?
Just noticed this is a RED day! Not had one of those for a very long time. So could have another HEA & HEB if I want but don't think I'll need them.
