Were they all that price Bubbs or were they YS? Didn't see them in my Morries yesterday when I was in there.

    That's a brilliant loss too. Well done:T:T:T.

    Today's plan:

B - boiled eggs, HM coleslaw, 1 slice of bread - 1 syn for spread, 0.5 for LTL mayo
L - LO Basque fish stew - added some spinach to up the Speed and stretch it a bit to make 2 good sized portions without having to make more mash!
D - goat shank Himalayan curry & rice (basically goat shank & chickpea curry - had it in a restaurant but with lamb shank, but had goat in the freezer which needed using up, when we were away on the Isle of Wight and it was lovely, just hope my version is as good!)

    HEA - milk
HEB - 1 slice bread/1 Hifi this evening
    Syns - spread 1; LTL mayo 0.5; couple of G&Ts 6

Afternoon all, very well done losers and hugs to those in Need :A

Health wise I seem to have gone backwards this week :( flaking out as soon as I sit down when I come in from work and today I have absolutely no energy and feel exhausted :( also my hip and leg have been very painful this week too :( Can’t get in to Dr for X-ray results until 7th December :mad. Meds not doing anything either.

WI sees another gain of .5lb, not a lot I know but was convinced I’d lost as clothes are looser.

Just typing this has exhausted me so going back to sleep now. Take care all and hope Beanie had a good time :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Sorry to hear you're still under the weather tie . Can't you get an emergency appointment at the doctor?:)

Brilliant loss bubbs :T sometimes weightloss can build up rather than week to week. It's good to be under target going in to Christmas. :D

Off plan meal today but worth the syns. I had lamb and feta burger (no bun) which was delicious with fries and salad then a small ginger ice cream at the theatre. I had a SW breakfast (kippers) and if I'm hungry later it will be something SW friendly too. So a 'good when I can' Denise day. :D

Tomorrow I'm going to a St Andrew's Day tea dance. We take something to share for tea but if I have lunch first and dinner afterwards I shouldn't be hungry. I just need to stop any mindless eating. I'm taking some Sainsburys Tex Mex dips which are quite low syn with crudites or as one of my former colleagues called them..... Crude Bits! :rotfl:
