maman - I 100% get where your coming from, our consultant is brilliant and some weeks we come home must try xyz, but other weeks we come out and ask what did we learn there...
I didn't mind the awards as such, but it's always the same people who win them, that or the people who come for a bit and lose a huge amount of weight, which is great, but it's not because they do the plan. Like we had one lady keep getting everything because she lost stones in months, but she ate chicken and salad, or chicken and veg every single day, and didn't eat any syns. Yet the consultant wont say anything because she was losing. Funny we've not seen her since she got to target... whats the bet the "diet" ended and she put it back on....
fairy lights - I think it genuinly does help whether you've gained, sts, or lost, you get ideas of things to cook, or new ways of doing things. We do get a good mix stay, but this week probably was a bit of a strange one with half term and halloween I bet more had had off weeks...
If you don't want to talk yourself just tell your consultant and they will miss you out, theres a few in our group do that.
Yes it's boring, yes it's a chore, but I 100% think it does help
I've had an off few days, dinner at friends 2 nights in a row, and to the craft thing at the NEC today, so skipped lunch, and a on plan but not much speed dinner, and a brownie... did do nearly 10,000 steps though... lol
Back on it tomorrow!

Hi All
So far so good I hope this week, am trying to stick to plan all week, although Sunday I usually have a home made proper pudding, this week it's apple crumble, but I'm saving some syns daily so should hopefully be within syns still.
B 3 ryvita (4.5) cheese triangle (hexa) banana
L 2 slice wlm bread toasted (hexb) spread (3) marmite (really craving toast?) apple
D tarragon chicken (from old sw mag) mash pot bit of butter (3)
Yoghurt (1/2) mini meringue (2)
Total syn 13 saving 7 (am still on 20)
I've made the pon Bhajis and enjoyed them, but found them a little eggy, think I will up the spice and veg a little more next time.
I am not a fan of group I use to go but the consultant definitely makes or breaks it, I've been happily weighing from home since the start of the year but I understand how a good group can help motivate and keep you on track.'You have brains in your head. Evening everyone.
Had a bit of a tweak to plans as hubby got a last minute invite to some event so I went running / swimming this afternoon but I went lol.
Ate the last of the chilli pasta bake (thank the Lord!) for tea after dropping hubby off & walking the dog.
Now tucked up watching graham norton & drinking lemonade...I know to live eh?0
