Did you do the Acknowledgement of Service before last Tuesday - 23rd April?

If so, you have one week remaining in which to file your Defence:
...you have until 4pm on Tuesday 7th May 2019 to file your Defence.

Post a draft of your Defence here for critique whenever you are ready.

Yes I did the acknowledgement of service. Just trying to put the defense together. Haven’t got very far. Was off sick last week. So trying to catch up

How do I go about finding who the landowners are and if Parking Eye have permission or a contract to erect their signs, ANPR cameras. What questions do I need to ask the landowners once I find out who they are
Put those questions to the back of your mind for the moment.

Your focus this week must be creating a Defence.

Do not miss your Defence filing date.

I can’t seem to log back onto money claim online (MCOL)
When I put the claim number and the password that was given to me on the defence pack it says it is not recognised

    Sweetgem, stop wasting time.

Get cracking on producing a Defence.

As you know, post #2 of the NEWBIES thread offers several example Defences.

Doesn't matter, move on. The defence is to be emailed anyway, as per KeithP's advice.

Show us your draft defence, based on bargepole's concise examples in the NEWBIES thread, as you will see everyone else has done on their defence threads.

Should take you an hour, max, given the bulk of it is copying bargepole's words.

Have another look. This is really simple; he has two defences linked there.

No-one is going to link them again seeing as they are linked there.
