Great shame with a bad judge

So you know what to do now ...... tell all your friends and family and use social media to it's best.

"If it's car park run by ParkingEye, you leave immediately and then tell retailers or those who employ these cowboys, the reason why you will not spend money with them."

EG: Morrisons had a bad xmas, they use parkingeye

I don’t have a hamster but I was up against some real nasty rats at the hearing. Real vermin they were. Better get my jabs next time :rotfl::rotfl:
The British legal system where private parking is concerned is atrocious. Forget David and Goliath. When you are up against 2 people who have years of experience in the judicial system but don’t know crap all about learning disabilities you know you are up against it.

BTW the original fine was £100
Am I liable to pay the £25 hearing fee and £50 legal costs that they were claiming for?

The judge said I could appeal if I didn’t think hiis decision was fair and if I wanted another judge to look at it which again ( ‘Surprise Surprise it’s Cilla ere’) would cost me a fee.

    What do you guys think?

I am just going to put it behind me, be extra vigilant and hope that sometime this year these mongrels are shut down and put down once and for all just like the clamping companies. And praying that like PPI Claims they are made to pay back every single penny they have thieved off innocent members of the public. It’s a big ask. But I hope Capita and Parking Eyes ship sinks very soon and they go bust.

you pay whatever the judge said in the judgment, whatever figure was set , usually within one month , but the sooner the better, which includes those fees

I hope you have complained to your MP because we are still awaiting changes after 10 months since the Parking bill received royal assent , the MHCLG have given the job to the BSI to do
