Dial 999 the same as you would if you saw any other crime in progress.

    no you aren't

you would passive aggressively sigh then come here and moan about it, once you are sure he wouldn't find you.

    Yeah, you're probably right.

But I'll tell people the next day that's what I did.

I wouldn't say a word - a person with such a disregard for the law and other people's safety (52 in a 30 mile zone isn't speeding a little bit) probably won't have much regard for other laws either.

If I was big and strong I would though :)

But not if they're just going over the limit?
As I said, if I considered his / her driving dangerous. Even if driving within the speed limit.

Quite simply I'd tell you if you don't like it the make your own way there or back.
It's obvious it's not your place to do so, it's not as if the driver isn't aware themselves, and sometimes there is little worse than *****ance.

So if someone that you employed to do a job for you was knowingly acting in a way that was illegal and could possibly cause injury to yourself or others you honestly think that it's not your place to say something to them?

All I can say is that I'm very glad that I'm not quite so meek and subservient myself.

Friends and family not often. I did comment once to my Dad 'that's right, drive it like you stole it' which he thought was funny, no offence taken, but I'm not sure he slowed down.

OH (non-driver) doesn't comment on my driving and I don't speed, but I can tell when he thinks I'm cornering too fast as his hand goes for the grip on the door. :D

You would have to give some kind of example to solidify your supposition...…
