Already complained to SRA about their attempts at claiming the unlawful £60 'Contractual Charge' as well as £50 in solicitors fees that they were demanding to avoid court action. SRA are dealing with the complaint and mentioned that they have numerous complaints about BWL for the same thing.
Just filed another complaint about them for this new illegal attempt to claim monies not owed, and another will go to the ICO for their refusal to remove my personal data from their files ( I sent a Right to Erasure request that they refused) and a clear Data Protection breach.
Would love to issue a Letter Before Claim against them for the Data breach but I have no idea of the whole process.Do not give in to Private Parking firms. Fight them all the way!1 -

The parking firm had no issues with it and told me it has been done. Barely Legal was the firm who refused to as, quote 'we are not of the view that the right to be forgotten applies in this case'. They also mentioned it was not in their company policy. How would they send out fishing letters asking for payment on a non existent debt if they removed my details after all.
DCBL told me it would be sent to the correct department and they have until the 18th to respond. ZZPS has completely ignored the request it seems.Do not give in to Private Parking firms. Fight them all the way!1 -
