NTC Parking Charge.

Hello again all. I have received a letter through the post from Norwich Traffic Control. The letter appears to have sent via DVLA(?) and is written in appalling English Lol.
They are asking for £60 for 'Parking in Contravention of the Site Signage'.
Now do I ignore? Appeal? Or just tell them to do a painful and very rude thing with the fine?

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

It is not a fine.
The advice to ignore has not been given here since the law changed in 2012.
Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES that was just underneath where you clicked on thebutton, then send the template appeal letter you will find there. Send it from the keeper without editing it, by whatever method the NTK tells you to use.
Get pics of the signs and entrance if possible for later use.
Please also correct the name of the parking company in your post, which is different to the title.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -

Why don't you read what the sticky is telling you. Going your own way is your prerogative, but don't expect us to have to work even harder to dig you out of any self-created mess.
This is what the sticky tells you (immediately below the template you have copied).THE NAME AND POSTAL ADDRESS OF THE KEEPER (OR THE HIRER/LESSEE) GOES HERE. THE DRIVER IS NOT IDENTIFIED.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. This one is a private firm. NTC. Unless I miss read it (which is possible on this tablet thing I'm using) it said not to give name and address.
I had two tickets a while before from the council for a parking 'Offense', parking in a designated parking area in a separate thread. Parking is such fun around here!Do not give in to Private Parking firms. Fight them all the way!0 -
