Write to them in 40 days telling them to delete your data. I wouldn't do any more than that now.0

You could always send them a LBA for invading your privacy/harassment.. There are plenty of free examples on the internet and you can keep them guessing for six years. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

I'm only saying this because they stupidly threaten people that they will just clamp you or issue tickets, should you park in their car parks again, without paying in the first place.0 -

They can't clamp you or issue another ticket. Whilst byelaws allow clamping the SIA licence required to clamp no longer exists. All previously issued licences expired years ago so there is nobody who can actually apply the thing.0 -
HI,
Did not want to open a new thread here but I foolishly appealed on the website and got it rejected. The complaint was Parked as to cause obstruction/inconvenience to others which was clearly not the case. There was enough leeway for more cars to park through and infact my car was towards the middle of the parking so 100% sure at least 40 other cars went past it after I parked it at 7.30 am and picked it up at 8.30pm that day.
I wrote back to the email I recieved 3 times and received no response. Now i receive a letter to say I have to pay the £100 charge!
My questions -
1) I will be moving houses in a month or so. What happens after we move? Will they still trace us using the car's registered address?
2) They completely ignored my request to review their appeal and do not offer POPLA I suspsect this is because the parking itself is owned by Southern Railway than Indigo?

Day 164: received email response from Indigo Park Service to request for POPLA code following BPA's decision on 16th November to reinstate POPLA process. Email refuses POPLA code citing September 15th 2017 decision! Email also re-confirms their initial decision and that there is no further appeal route, and that ZZPS will continue to chase for payment unless instructed otherwise.
Further: "If you feel the decision you have been given is unjustifiable..." I certainly think this
"...and you wish to appeal further..." I would if you'd give me a POPLA code
"...by taking this into your own hands, you are within your rights to seek legal advice and take this matter through the courts." Oh, OK, just getting ready to take myself to court, how do I do that then?...!
I'll email them the link to the POPLA decision (which is on the popla.co.uk home page!); but really just waiting for the 6 months to be up in 15 days time...0 -
You could ask them how you can progress it to court. Their answer will be utter gibberish.0

Complain again to the BPA and DVLA that you have been denied access to PoPLA which is yours by right as detailed in the ADR Act 2015.
How are you getting on with your complaints to your MP?I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
I have had two letters from my MP, and the issue has been (deliberately?) misunderstood in both - the latest one stating "As a Member of Parliament, it is not within my remit to instruct a private company in any way.", despite my reference directly to the ADR act 2015. An offer to write to Mr Philip Herring (Indigo MD) on my behalf has been made though, so I will write a third time to ask that he do so, but not until the 6 months are up so as to avoid giving anything away!
The MP for the constituency in which the alleged breech of Railway Byelaw 14 took place, simply stated that he can only take correspondence from his own constituents.
I'll update with any responses...0 -
Ask your MP to support Sir Greg Knights parking bill. The other MP is entirely correct that any correspondence should go through your own MP.0
