I too have been wondering this....am on £8 level but is taking so much longer for my surveys to clear. Have more than £3 still pending-taken ages, am hoping they are ok as want my voucher!!


-this is why i never leave money/vouchers in survey sites once i reach a withdrawal limit....better to have the voucher in your hand so to speak just in case...

I was on there yesterday and claimed my reward fine, i don't think it's anything to worry about. They do say it takes 28 days for surveys to clear.

I think these are the second best survey site.

Get about 3-4 surveys a week - of which i qalify for the vast majority - took a couple of weeks for my last voucher to come - reckon i get a tenners worth a month

I never seem elgible for their surveys, however they always seem to get lots of info out of me before telling me I don;t qualify. !

I don't think you have anything to worry about. I get a lot of invites from them but rarely have time to complete the surveys, but I have still had £30 in the last 6 months from them (in fact just claimed my latest tenner) which I think is good going. Although I am like you clarew and claim my rewards as soon as I can, cos you never know!

it seems to be working now and was yesterday - earlier it said site was down for maintinance - i think this was the case. i have just had a survey credited and have just requested my 2nd £10 this year.
