Hi I ordered my first reward from valued opinions weeks ago and it hasn't appeared. Ive emailed them and got a reply which I think is automated as it bears no relation to my question. Emailed again and now have absolutely no reply.

Is there anything I can do about this?

Am annoyed cos Ive spent quite a lot of time doing their surveys.

I've had £30 from them so far, however the last one took about a month to arrive. They might be having problems forfilling orders.

Firstly, sorry if this is the wrong forum

I have just got my first £10 reward from Valued Opinions (I chose a HMV voucher) and although it says it can up to 28 days for delivery I have now been waiting 27 days without anything... Has anyone claimed a voucher before? Do you know how long (roughly!) it took to arrive?

The only other reward scheme I do is pigsback and after claiming a voucher, it usually arrives that week instead of the "up to 2 weeks" which they ask to wait before contacting them...

I have been patiently waiting for my pending credits to clear for ages and would hate to loose this voucher- How sad LOL!!!

Any help? Thanks :beer:

Mine once took almost 3 months after ordering. It also takes ages for pending points to become availalable to be redeemed.

I agree it take a fair old time (longer than 28 days) for the vouchers so id just hold tight - they have always arrived though

I have recieved lots from value opinion but the voucher normally take 28-30 days to arrive

Ah !!!!!! Was hoping to have it this side of crimbo.... Ah well, there's always the January sales to spend it on I guess.
Almost have enough to claim another one too, think I'll order that one asap in time for the summer sales next year :rotfl:
