It says 28 days on website, but the vouchers normally take between a month and 3 months. My brother got his this week which he ordered 2 months ago.

They always send them out, but it does take a fair while to get them. Just be patient.

    Hope this helps.

that really sucks with the delay that it takes for them to send vouchers out and credit your points on your account after you have done the survey

with consumer pule you get you points immediately even when you do on of their additional surveys it is credited to your account within 48 hours and they send the vouchers out within 5 days

valued opinions is like toluna - quick enough to send out surveys - but slow enough when it come to paying up

  • I have had the same problem, ordered a £10 Boots voucher on the 6th of October, still hasn't arrived!
Was told they were having supplier probs
Needless to say a very angry letter went out to them today

Very useful thread. I can claim a couple of vouchers and hadn't claimed because I wasn't sure what I wanted. Now it looks like the best and only bet is to get another amazon voucher to add to my stash from Qype and elsewhere.

  • I claimed a Marks & Spencer voucher at the end of October and it arrived last week.

Interestingly, however, the letter which accompanied it was dated 7th November!
  • I don't mean to be alarmist, but I've been waiting a long time for a few of my surveys to be credited to my account, and now I get a strange message when I click on their link:-

I hope it's not the end of the road for them as I have been very lucky with their surveys in the last couple of years.

Has anyone else got the same message or is it just me?
