Does sound odd ... have you tried to email them from their home page at all? I cant get to my email from work, so no idea if i have the same?

I got this exact same thing earlier as well. May be perfectly fine, but it wasn't the type of thing I expect from Valued Opinions so I've left it alone.
Dosen't seem worth it really.

We had something like that a couple of weeks ago.. can't remember if it was valued opinions, but it probably was. Would have been them or ipsos. Hubby had a look and said it was basically spyware. I agree, not worth what they are paying!

I scanned with with Malwarebytes and it appeared clear but they're constantly getting round these types of scans before an update can be made to the scanning program. If it is spyware, heaven knows what kind of information they'll be collecting. I think I'll give it a miss just to be on the safe side.

I deleted the email as soon as I read it and was a bit shocked that they were asking people to download software to track your internet usage! God knows what they would have access to. Not really the kind of thing that I was expecting from them.

I got the same thing, was just about to ask peoples opinions when I read these. I didn't like the look of it so deleted it.

click cancel and the text comes out in TNR.

they sent an email relating to collecting iinformation on the websites that you vist - so in effect there for it is spyware.

and for the measly pittance reward that they were offering like £5 over 3 months def not worth it

I got this aswell.I decided not to bother.
It worked out at £3 for 3 months.Not really worth it at £12 for 12 months.

Yeah I'm steering well clear of anything that wants to add software without any explanation as to what it will be monitoring.
