Any ideas about what I can do if nobody seems interested. Thanks
If you eat a McDonalds once a fortnight then you will know that the vege deluxe burger (good choice!) looks nothing like any of the other meat burgers!
I am a little baffles how you didn't spot this!
Nevertheless, human error happens, so perhaps send a message via twitter or facebook and hopefully you will get a voucher for a free one.Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -

People with food allergies shouldn't eat at McDonald's.
Their menu contains this information:We produce our food in a kitchen (area) where allergens are handled and while we try to keep things separate we cannot guarantee any item is allergen free. While there are no nut or peanut ingredients in the products listed on this site we can’t guarantee that our food is completely nut or peanut free.
As usual, you need to stick to what did happen.0 -
If you still have the receipt there are details of where to complete feed back on your visit.

Not sure what you are hoping for, I left scathing feedback about my visit and the short version of their reply was "thanks for letting us know, return and you will see improvement"
No money off, no compo and as I had actually been to the same one two days in a row and experienced exactly the same (cold burger which my cat wouldnt touch - was undertaking a survey about them!), do you think I would even return!?
As a vegi I wouldnt eat there as I wouldnt trust the staff to even care about handling meat/vegi stuff and hygiene in between.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
I have been given the wrong burger in McDonald’s. I took it to the counter and changed it for the right one. I didn’t need to write to anyone.
