    Dear Guys

I am happy that I found this forum! I have been sent 3 PCNs for £400, but they were sent to my old address and to avoid disturbing my tenant in the old address I paid the money, I actually contacted the >>>UK Parking Patrol<<< about this and they told me I needed to deal with debt collector, despite their website still accepting the money!!!
I got these 3 PCNs with almost 2 months delay so they inflated to £400, I wonder if you know the email address for the retail park Owner? I contacted Quintain Ltd but they did not help at all, what would you suggest doing to refund at least part of the money, many thanks in advance for the advice!

I think the best advice for you at this time is to read Umkomaas' thread immediately before yours.

    Thanks for your understanding.

Email & tell them you WILL NOT be disclosing your income data and do not have to, and have made your position clear.

Reiterate your correct address for service if any old one was ever in play.

So maybe UKPPO will use Gladstones to file the claim instead. Not over.

  • Some good news! My MP received a response from Mr Cheetham stating that he has cancelled the charge.

"I don't agree with Mr Khans claims but being conscious of your time having to deal with one of your constituents' complaints, when I'm sure you have much more important pressing matters to deal with, I have cancelled the charge.
Sorry this has took so long for me to reply but the charge had been passed to our solicitors for legal action, so I had to make sure this was stopped in time"

Hmmm...his name is apt, isn't it? He's been mentioned in Parking Prankster blogs.

Great that you got it cancelled and wasted his time and money though!

  • Well done for getting this sorted. I am in a very similar situation with Wembley Park but I was visiting Lidl & McDonald's and at a much earlier stage than the above. I have thrown away all my receipts.

My appeal has already been rejected (the standard blue text). Unfortunately I did not go to the landlord / retailers as the information was too much and I missed that step. Would the experts now recommend I go to the retailers or direct to my MP as per the OPs final resolution?
