Who are the landowners? I'm in the same boat.

From Land Registry records the landowners are Fulton Road Limited or Quintain Limited. Both have same registered address.

Just got a response from landowners:

Dear [Remove by Forum Team]: Our Communications Executive has passed your communication regarding your PCN’s to myself for a response.



UK Parking Patrol Ltd are our service provider within the Stadium Retail Park. Having looked through the evidence that you kindly provided, it clearly shows you overstayed the agreed time limit of 28 minutes on the 7th September 2018. There is clear signage within the car park, on the entrance and boundaries and exit.



I am not sure why this communication has only just come to us now as it is almost 11 months since the pcn was issued.



I am unable to cancel a charge once it has gone to debt recovery. All communications for any customer service enquiries are via UK Parking Patrol Limited.

I've also received SAR documentation from UKPP today via email

Mr Turner is a fibber. He can cancel it. Ask him if he is the person that will be attending court to give evidence in the event the ppc sue.

Tell him you will be requiring someone from his company to attend and if it isn't him who is it? Sometimes it focuses the mind.

Response from BWLegal after I mentioned that I am seeking debt advice.

My MP has written to both Mr Cheetham of UKPP and Mr Turner of Fulton Road Limited to reconsider their decision and get this PCN cancelled.

Your friend ideally should be finding it - he/she must deal with it. It's in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #1. Please start a new thread (preferably by your friend) if further help is required.
