They tell me this morning they are still working on the problem. Funny problem though as I can log on as normal using my phone and home BB connection.
Which BB provider are you with?
• Same login problems for me today, on two different machines and different browsers.
I've phoned them and they don't seem to know what the problem is.

Not good!
• No problems for me today at all although I've only got a tiny amount in there at the moment as I recently transferred £1,500 to a TSB Classic Plus paying 5%.

Now only use the Marcus account as somewhere I can hold money (including the interest creamed off current account savings) until I can move it to somewhere paying a lot better.

This advice was partly given to me by serious MSE fans on this forum of which I'm grateful. :money:

I agree, I first noticed this on Friday. I have recently changed to Plusnet, could that be a problem? Sounds unlikely but there is nothing else I have changed.

Are you using Bitdefender? If so try turning it off. That is what is causing the non login issue for me.
• Yes, bitdefender is the issue.
• Just tried to login into new account with Google Chrome and got the spinning M. Switched to Explorer and login no problems.
Went back to google Chrome to try again and the same issue.
