    Morning :hello:

Thank you IS, SSG & Lilith - feels great and I’m looking forward to get cracking on the next stone. :). I spent money yesterday as my MyFitnessPal premium subscription ran out - I joined last year and gave up after a week but as it is working this time round I’m happy to pay the money (£39.99).

So yesterday was a lazy day but the week and weekend ahead are going to be v busy so I count yesterday as a chance to recharge batteries.

I’m hoping to squeeze in a bit of volunteering but that really depends if I get out early from work.

It’s weird being awake early (6am) but not having to be at work until 9.30 and it’s only 5 miles away.

I use myfitnesspal too. I don't have the premium version, but I just find it helpful keeping track of what I'm eating as I could quite easily eat more than I need! It's worth the money if it's helping you towards your weight loss goals :)

    Afternoon ,

Currently watching tv killing time as I have to go to airport and pick up my sis and her 2 kids :D. Can’t wait to pick them up. Yesterday was a clean the house day, even though I know it will be a bomb site as soon as they come in.

I was a STS on the weight front which is a bit disappointing but hopefully will show a loss next weekend. I went out for a 30 min run y’day and did a lot of steps cleaning and tidying.

Today I’ve cleaned out the car and squished in 2 car seats. Brother just phoned as he is planning on popping up. Kind of hope he leaves it until after our sis gets home as his kids are total demolition devils :o.

Plans this week mainly involve being out and about with my sisters and mum and enjoying the time while she is home.
  • I'm sure the scales will show a positive result next week.

Have a great time with your family this week. And I hope if the demolition devils arrive that they're not too bad!:rotfl:

    Morning

Sister is heading home today and I will really miss her and kids but it ill probably not be that long until they are either back visiting or we are going over to visit them.

Eating front - 1 foot fell off the bandwagon but not all the way :o. I don't know what the scales will say this week but it shouldn't be too bad as I overindulged slightly on Sun - Tues but nothing ridiculous and back on it properly since yesterday.

Money front - back to the purpose of this diary. I have set up the budgets for March and I'm in red on YNAB for Feb :o The aim in March is to stay in the YNAB green. It's coming to the end of the month and I'm YNAB skint and have things still to pay for. Niece passed her driving test on Monday - yeah - but I didn't know that it's now a thing to give a card and money to say well done. Gone are the days when you just said 'Well done'. I think I'm just going to give her £10 as it's her birthday in March as well. I'm going to an ex colleagues leaving lunch next week (prob another £20) and I owe £20 to work lottery in old place which is £5 per month. I said when I left that once the money I had in it ran out to drop me out of it but a colleague kept paying for me :o. I owe £10 to another colleague who has entered us into a race :D and that is my share - £10 well spent as far as I'm concerned but I wish it could have waited until March. Sorry for the rambling as really it's not a lot of money owed but I want to be debt free like yesterday with a big healthy emergency fund ....also like yesterday :D.

Stopped recording on here my weekly spends but need to get into it again as it keeps me accountable so starting today -

Orange - is still to pay
    Purple - anticipated
    Blue- planned spends

    Weekly spends - w/c 18th February 2019

    Mon - x
    Tues - x
    Wed - x
    Thurs - £17.09 groceries & cards & £40 liquid gold. £10 to colleague.
    Fri - NSD
Sat - £5 taxi & £1 parking & £8.60 small gift for friend out of hospital
    Sun - NSD
