Received a CCJ claim from BW legal for a parking ticket

I did ask for costs and the judge said i will get around 10 hours worth of time and petrol and parking back, Maybe about £120, i am happy just to have won but if they pay me also then a bonus.

HI ALL,


The Scammers have decided to appeal and take me back to court, Can i please ask for some advise on my best course of action, I will of course be attending and will bring my original evidence and other documents, 1, can i add new info?, 2, will they bring new info? 3. as they have already paid me for the last time and the money has been spent, is it wise to counter sue them this time to make them pay for for the continued hassle and stress this is causing me??

Ba+++++s please lacoolj87 do not give up you have a very strong case and make sure the judge knows about the stress this has caused.
I am sure the experts will be along to guide you on how to beat them and get more costs.

You cant counter claim. THis is an appeal, not chance for a new claim

The fact the money may have been spent isnt relevant, to be blunt.

What grounds are they appealing on?

thanks for the reply and the knowledge i can not counter claim on appeal, I know the money is irrelevent where it is , spent or not but it just makes me mad that they can pay out and then think they can go back to court, do they not realize they lost once, paid out and still think to carry on trying, there stupiditiy really does amaze,

What i want to know is -what are they appealing ON?

They have to give some grounds for their appeal...

What's happening right now is that BWL are on a crusade to prove they are right and the law is wrong

They should revert to chasing gas bills etc because they are well out of their depth in the parking scam, the courts are demonstrating this time after time

Thaqnks for the reply, i read this a little while ago however can see it has been updated recently also,


I will most certainly bring this up with the judge again when we go back on the 4th november.


Can i claim back some more costs this time also, I.E travel, time of work, Parking charge??


Last time out the judge said if they do appeal then she will make sure it comes back before her, and she was true to her word, it will be the same judge again.
