I do not know how too, but want to, i wish try to push jopson hard and read up about the whole case again toight to refresh my memory, can i just butt in to the judge to argue certain points or will she give me a time to speak at which point i can argue, am i aloud to rebuff her comments and come back with my arguments.??

What is the best way to question and at what point. Do I start with this?? And how long can I push the point. I did ask the rep last time when leaving if she has ROA and she said she did. I didn't beleive her thou

You dont ask the rep
You ask her what her title is
ANd her qual
Then you conirm them externally

What, did you expect her to say "no"?
