Thanks, I had emailed a SAR to the DPO at PCM last year, as written about in #22 of this thread. I will ask the same again and also evidence of sufficient signage around the parking spot contravened, which there are none! Although there are double yellow lines on the road, the car was parked off-road on the dropped down kerb/pavement for unloading / moving in, Hope that's ok.0

Yes, that seems ok as we don't know if they provided all the data previously
Do not expect people to read previous posts, restate your case at every hurdle
My post is 63 now, so expecting people to read over 60 posts is a big ask0 -
Ok. Summary - there are 2 PCNs in play on this thread -
1) PCN for parking outside block for unloading/moving in July 2018.
LBC now received from Gladstones.
There was no windscreen ticket and the first I knew about it was receipt of the NTK to an old address - I have since sent a rectification notice to PCM for new address.
A SAR was sent to the DPO at PCM, which they came back with a copy of the NTK.
2) PCN with windscreen ticket for bay parking without displaying permit. I have read enough of this previously to know that the car was parked in the bay 'legally'.0 -
SAR now sent to PCM and emailed to Gladstones to require a restriction of data processing and the case should be put 'on hold'.
Both emails also contained a letter attachment requesting the same.
thank you,0 -
Update - Gladstones replied to my email and basically refused. I'm guessing it's a standard reply but if you think I should copy and paste the the main content please let me know.
Do I need to do anything else now?
Awaiting response to Sar request again from PCM.
Thanks0 -
Hi all,
Update - email from Gladstones requesting payment of outstanding charge and breach of contract etc etc.
I don't need to do anything now, do I?0 -
On 4th August you told us you had received a letter of Claim.
There is now nothing to be done but wait patiently for a County Court Claim Form to drop through your letter-box.
Whilst waiting, you might want to re-read those parts of post #2 of the NEWBIES thread that explain what do do with it when it arrives.0 -
As expected, I have now received a Claim Form, and intend to fight my case. So I will respond to the claim online first using MCOL..not sure whether I have to prepare the defence letter to go with that?0
-
Appreciate all your help and advice in advance, as I am new to all this and even though I have read a lot previously, I may still need step by step guidance along the way. So for now, I acknowledge service via MCOL? Thank you.0

post the ISSUE DATE from the claim form below
KeithP will give you alll the instructions, just follow the same instructions in any of his recent posts on AOS etc
only use the MCOL portal for the online AOS
no DEFENCE to be filled it at all, not even a full stop
email a SAR to the DPO at the PPC to get all your data, attaching a copy of the claim form and a copy of the V5C as proof of I D , unless you have done so already ?
then start drafting your defence and hone it over the next few weeks
the newbies thread post #2 should be read and digested asap too0
