Sorry, I made a typo here I should have said that there was a windscreen PCN.
I have now received the NTK, as I've already appealed online previously, should I use the template appeal and send by email?
Thank you,0 -
depends on the methods the PPC allows for receipt of appeals
follow the appeal instructions on that NTK and use the appeal template, as keeper, only use email if it specifically allows email (which most dont)
also check the date or issue and date of receipt of this NTK, which for POFA2012 compliance should have the POFA2012 warning paragraph and also be received between day 29 and day 56 following the incident , where that day is day zero0 -

Thanks redx, Ntk appeal instructions are online or by post.
So I will appeal online again then.
NTK date of posting 26/10/18
NTK date notice is given 30/10/18
NTK received 29/10/18
Event date 04/09/18, so I make it 55 days.0 -
so check it for the warning paragraph , the one seen on PE ntk,s
its not just the timeline that is important, the wording is too0 -
PCM ones usually do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
It's been about a year since the incident and after months of not hearing anything, I have received the LBC from Gladstones relating to the PCN I have re parking outside block for unloading/moving in purposes. I understand that I now need to acknowledge the letter and am looking for a template letter to start off with..
Will ask for more advice soon, I'm sure I will need it, thank you.0 -
I have read quite a lot this afternoon, going over and over post #2 in the Newbies thread, but still not clear on how to do the Acknowledge of Service with details.
According to the advice, I have previously requested a SAR to PCM, and in post #37 of this thread, confirmed it wasn't POFA 2012 compliant.
I have also looked at the PD and can't quite identify what may be missing from the LBC letter against it.
So is my next step to email Gladstones to require a restriction of data processing and the case should be put 'on hold'. ?0 -
Yes, and email a SAR to the DPO at PCM as well
Gladrags will refuse your request, so expect a claim form in a few weeks time0
