Does the single PDF mean combining the WS, Defence, Costs Summary and 20+ Exhibit files into 1 large PDF ?This is the advice from legally qualified poster, bargepole, on that very issue.
(I hope that after trying to reduce the size, it can still be ok to email out..)When compiling the bundle, it does often come out as a large file size, especially if it contains images.
However, you can compress the bundle without losing any definition, and there are many free online resources available for doing that. It will typically reduce the file size from, say 10MB to 2MB.
I believe that the courts have lifted the restrictions on file sizes / number of pages temporarily. But you should consolidate all the documents into a single PDF, with an index, rather than multiple documents. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

What piece of evidence is as large as 30mb compressed?Missaver said:Thanks Umkomaas for re-emphasing that. My largest pdf amongst the Exhibits (even after compressing) is over 30MB, the rest are smaller. I will try use another resource to reduce the size. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. The lease (48 pages total). Each page was taken as a photo then all pics converted to PDF and combined, then compressed.0

Why the entire lease? Just copy the page(s) relating to parking, that should be sufficient. Ordinarily if this was going to a face to face hearing I'd say take the full lease with you to it, but times are now different.Missaver said:The lease (48 pages total). Just wanted to be safe so they can look through the 48 pages all they like to discover there's nothing within saying permits are required for parking. All the other PDF exhibits (listed in my WS, page 20 of this thread) are less than 1MB, apart from one, just over 1MB.Umkomaas said:

The WS and exhibits etc have already been submitted to the solicitors now, exhibits within a shared folder online, rather than loads of PDFs attached to emails. They already previously accepted submission by email with link to shared drive.Ralph-y said:I can see how that could build up .... mega pixel camera on max pixel setting ...bargepole gave some good advice on this threadhe/ some on else may well comment as to if your email client will accept a 30meg fileperhaps try and email to to a friend to test ....but as a safety measure ...... you are not going to like this

Good point, if I have to email it all to the Court later on, I'll either re-take the photos with lower setting or maybe use the scanner now that my printer is working..2 -
Then only use the relevant pages but have the full document handy so it could be easily emailed to the judge if required , think outside the box , mention that it is available in the submitted docs but has been left out for now due to court imposed size constraintsMissaver said:

Stage on oath that all the relevant pages regarding parking have been submitted , bearing in mind the new statement of truth which is more extensive than previous2
