On the Telephone Hearings thread, bargepole has posted a useful document showing which courts are:
Open
Suspended
Staffed
and what that means in terms of what documents the Judge will be able to see.
Check out your court because the 3 options are different...

If the WS and exhibits have been submitted to the Claimant's solicitors, but not the Court yet, is it possible to reduce the number of PDF pages for some of them? Eg, the original exhibit contains the full case, but the version to Court contains just the cover page to show the case details. There wouldn't be any changes to the WS, all exhibits and numbering remain the same.0

I have a number of cases quoted within my WS such as Bulstrode v Lambert [1953] , Jopson, Supreme Court case CCRTF 98/1290/B2 Vine v Waltham Forest London Borough Council (2000), Vehicle Services Ltd vs Ibbotson (2012) and POFA Schedule 4 (2 pages with paras 4(5) highlighted), Southampton court case for Abuse of Process, pages 1 and 6.
The court still has a print limit when emailing over, so I was thinking to shorten it within the exhibits and just include the front page as they would have access to it elsewhere? I intend to print and post as well as the final printouts will be over their print limit, informing them beforehand it will be sent by post.0 -
Fruitcake said:Missaver said:Are you at the exhibits stage yet? If so, please post a copy of the alleged contract they supplied, assuming you challenged landowner authority in your defence.
We have seen many that don't meet the requirements of the Companies Act 2006, some with a different landowner/MA, some between themselves with no landowner/agent's signature, one signed by an alleged director of the MC who does not appear on the list of directors for that company, out of date with no proof of renewal, and much more.
The company name stated is not same as the Landlord name on the flat lease, and on Companies House, when I search for the Landlord name, the name of the person that signed the Contract does not appear in the long list of people. I need to find out how to upload a PDF here and will post it later.
I will also post a redacted version of their WS, if you regulars could have a look please, they have offered some kind of rebuttal for all my defence and WS points. Please note that I have not submitted to Court yet, but they may have.0 -
They will have filed with court
When is your deadline?
Was the contract validly executed?0 -
They include a copy of alleged contract which is dated back in 2011.
Who were the other party to the contract, the landowner/headlease holder or the MA? If the MA are they still managing? If not who is?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
This is the Contract they say gives them authority to dish out their fines.

Did the IPC exist in 2011?!
Is that the MA that manages the site?
Its not a valid contract. Only signed by one party.4
