If they are submitting fake documents as evidence acquaint yourself with CPR27.14(2)(g) costs for unreasonable behaviour and/or consider  a counter claim.   If they present this under a statement of truth they may be in deep doo doo.

and it's Gladstones, totally entangled and an integral part of the IPC who have allowed this deceit to transfer into legal documents. If anyone should know this contract was false, Gladstones should have. Complaint to the SRA essential.

There is no chance thats a legit contract. None. You MUST supply proof to the court of when the IPC was incorporated. MUST.

Jumped off the page at me as well.   The IPC was not even a twinkle in Will Hurley's eye in 2011. 
That landowner authority is a false instrument. 

You MUST add something about that into your WS and then make sure you email the new version to the court and claimant's solicitors.  Is the WS signed by someone from PCM with a statement of truth?  That is serious.

You don't need these, at all:

Thank you all for your comments, I will amend my WS and submit to Gladstones (again) and the Court.  It's lucky I have theirs before the deadline which I didn't expect to.  Hopefully, all this will get the claim struck out before any hearing.  I'll figure out how to upload the WS tonight.

 The Claimant believes that the facts stated in this Witness Statement are true. I understand that

proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be

made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief

in its truth.

One point they state is the driver was never named.  It is actually stated in my WS to GS last week!

I'm going to put together a big list of rebuttal points this weekend to email and revise the WS, (I wasn't sure previously if it was ok to send a revised WS to the Court after I've already sent to GS). I intend to print everything to send to the Court by post as well as it's over the print limit for the Court.  So my plan is : 

1.  Revise the WS to include the errors re the alleged Contract between PCM and the landowner, etc  
2. Email to GS and the Court the WS, Defence, Summary of Costs Assessment, Draft Order in Word format and list of exhibits, but advising that these will all be posted
3. Print everything and post to the Court
