    I just realised I had mentioned POFA 2012 twice under different Exhibit numbers, so I will amend to the same exhibit number

    Thanks Coupon-mad, I hope so too, not to mention all the help you and the others have given so far. I was getting all the exhibits together when I noticed that duplication.

    I have also emailed the Court and the solicitors to send any postal correspondence until further notice to a different address, I don't know if anyone else has requested similar. If I do receive at my usual address, there is someone checking my post but not daily.

    I suggest you send a data rectification notice to the scammers and scamlicitor's DPO to back up your email, instructing them to erase your data and update their records with your new address for service for the duration of the lockdown. Do the reverse when you move back to your permanent address.
    Take screengrabs and/or proof of posting of this.

    Make sure you get confirmation from the court that they have acknowledged your email.

    In my WS, I have referenced :
    a February 2020 Order from District Judge Fay Wright, sitting at Skipton County Court (Exhibit xxx) and a similar Order from Deputy District Judge Josephs, sitting at Warwick County Court (Exhibit xxx).
    Unfortunately, I just cannot find these after Googling and searching here.  In the Abuse of Process Thread post 14 by Coupon-Mad, it does say however to append 2 other orders as evidence (Canaerfon & Manchester).  Shall I use these two instead?

    If you follow THIS LINK you will find the most up-to-date defence (I know you are writing a WS) and in that you will find links to the cases that are being referenced now.

    Hi all, would the following Summary of Costs be sufficient?

    SUMMARY OF COSTS ASSESSMENT

    (a) Ordinary Costs (in the event of having to attend Court / participate in phone hearing)

    Loss of earnings/leave, incurred through attendance at Court or via a phone hearing xx
    /xx/2020 per half day of work £95.00 (at a rate of £19 per hour for 5 hours for a litigant in person)

    Sub-total £95.00

    ==================

    (b) Further costs for Claimant's unreasonable behaviour, pursuant
    to Civil Procedure Rule 27.14(2)(g)

    There is no reasonable justification or lawful explanation for the Claimant's conduct, which constitutes unwarranted harassment; such conduct to be explained at the hearing.

    The following additional costs are sought on the indemnity basis for the Claimant's unreasonable conduct.

    The Defendant avers that such costs must apply, given the facts, primarily in order to compensate for the time taken in handling this meritless and wholly vexatiously pleaded court claim, and secondly to send a message to this legally-represented serial litigant that their conduct in the instant case is an abuse of process:

    Research, preparation and drafting of Defence and Witness Statement :

    10 hours at Litigant in Person rate of £19 per hour = Total £190.00

    Stationery, printing, photocopying and postage:

    Printer ink cartridge £16.00,

    postage costs to be confirmed
    Sub-total £206.00

    ==================

    (a) + (b) = £ 301.00 TOTAL COSTS CLAIMED (in the event of Court/phone hearing)

    (b) = £ 206.00 TOTAL COSTS CLAIMED (in the event of non-Court hearing)

    Regarding the  Directions Questionnaire which I sent in ages ago, I never received it back from the the PPC or their solicitors as I'm supposed to - I haven't mentioned this in my WS - should I include it somewhere?
