What if people don't have access to a printer to print, either at home or at a closed shop..?

Do you have access to a printer? Or is that a hypothetical question?

Anyway, this is a parking forum. Perhaps that question is better asked of HMCTS or a more general legal forum like maybe LegalBeagles.

Thanks, I have access to a printer which hasn't been used for a while so need to check. If not usable, then I may well have to find a shop to print it all, which might be limiting with the lockdown situation. It can be a hypothetical question as well.
Yes, can also try asking the other 2 places you suggested.

If you are unable to get it printed why not ask for a postponement.  It could be a year or so before PPC claims are heard again.

I will see if I can get it printed somehow as I want to get it over and done with tbh. Do we email /phone the court to postpone it?

Do everything in writing, or 'phone and then back up with an email. A 'phone call is not worth the paper on which it is writ.

Another poster was pondering the same thing having 'phoned the court and been told it was still going ahead, then a few minutes ago said the post had just arrived postponing the case until May.

How close are you to the court date. If it is imminent then contact the court now. If not I suggest you wait a short while.

The hearing date is not till mid May, so I'd be looking to print and send 2 copies to the solicitors and the court latest 14 days before that date.

Ideally, I'd like to send off my WS by end of April, as currently, there are over 20 exhibits so could be quite a lot of printing , unless after review, I may be able to cut down.  Appreciate any comments in advance, thank you.

Are you able to send the claimant's (solicitor) copy by e-mail to save on printing cost and time?

I don't think so, the solicitors are Gladstones. At the bottom of the last email they sent me, it says ' do not accept service of documents by email.'

I'll paste the WS here again and delete from page 19 so that it's on the last page again :
