Good morning everyone, my house is such a tip this morning every room. Wonder why i bother
. Think i'll have to get everyone involved today to get this place looking good, hoping to be going out shopping tonight.
Course what great on thursday but i was knackered when i got home but one out the courses finished in 5 weeks so that should make it easier.
I am thinking off changing the livingroom around because i've no where to put a :xmastree: but hubby's digging his heels in (he hates change) so i'll do it when he's out of the house for a few hours
.
Right gonna get a cuppa and start, anyone fancy a:coffee:Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
:coffee: sounds good.
Bit slow on here this morning everyone must still be in bed (inc me). Suppose I better get up and see what mess DD has made - she made me a cuppa tea earlier and usually the kitchen is like a tip when she does.
Cant do much outside the house today as its horrendously wet and horrible. Dont have a car now as it if officially dead so no shopping. Tried to register for Tesco delivery but wont accept my details so NO FOOD!! So it looks like it will be WM and TD poss flying and some baking so we can have cake if nothing else to eat.
Might also try start a Christmas plan as dont even know what kids want yet other than DS wants an acoustic guitar  .
Catch up with you all later

Ooh yes please to the cuppa vanilla.
I'm sitting here in my pj's having pottered around for a bit this morning sorting out my diary for supply next week. Need to go and root out some food for breakfast, and then do my meal plan for the week before heading out to the market and shops.
The good news is, that 2 schools I did supply in this week have asked me back for next week, so I'm supplying Tuesday morning, and all of Wednesday and Thursday. I was called at 8.45am to do supply all day down in Portsmouth yesterday so had to rush like mad to get there as I wasn't even dressed when the agency called. By the time I'd found the school (got a bit lost) I got there at about 9.45am, which wasn't bad going, considering that it takes 30 minutes to get there! I was shattered last night though, and fell asleep straight after Ugly Betty, which I had wisely decided to watch in bed. The wierd thing is, is that the school I was in yesterday was my Dad's old primary school!! He was really pleased when I called him to tell him, saying that he'd given something back to the school by my being there.
Anyway, must find some food now as I have a rumbly in my tumbly and the clock is ticking! Must change my sheets today and get some washing done so that I have enough work clothes for next week.

Moonflower most manufacturers recommend cleaning the WM 2-3 times a year.. it usually says some blarb about it in the manuals now.. mine is a zanussi and says twice a year. Sorry I didn't reply last night.. I scooted off to the pub until about half one this morning!!

Morning All
You are a lazy bunch this morning. I have been at work since 8.45. Not much done in the line of flying but kitchen was S & S after tea and littles making their beds when I left (bless em). The ham in cola was fan fairy tastic! Got big thumbs up from DH so will do the xmas ham that way this year! Found a similar recipe of here for S & S chicken so will give that a go too.
Hubby collecting me after work and off to Peterborough so will be mad dash round the shops and then to Asda so my task today is shopping list and meal plan. Will also do my xmas list up, only 2 presents left to get but need cards and wrapping paper etc so will look out for those tonight. Also want to make an emergency tin up with torches etc so need to add that to the list.
Right off for a mooch need some meal ideas.0 -
Shell I've added a wind up torch to my christmas list lol.. hubby thinks I am insane but I think it would be a great addition and a great help .. we had a power cut for a full 24 hours last new year!!.. literally from 10pm on the 30th to 10pm on the 31st!! I have 4 of the children sorted and my mother and one sister.. I've got 4 birthdays before christmas as well!! I have absolutely no idea what to get DS1 either!! (he is 16 if anyone can help.. I am thinking of a gym membership though!)LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0

I dont have any alternative this weekend if we want food so I'm going to have to ring them and its on an 0845 number a 4p/min
All breakfasted but still sat in dressing gown. Have phoned up about a car that we might go look at tomorrow if OH interested but he can be so indecisive sometimes, took us 6 months of travelling up and down the country to get the right bike.
Must go shower then clean up Kitchen and D/Rm where DD decided to throw talcum powder all round both rooms - why 'cos you've got loads' . Kids remind me again why we have them.
Shower then Tesco call or call then shower ...............Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -
