    The letter I have just received from the County Court Business Centre states that I have not replied to the claim form. I didn't receive any claim form as far as I am aware.

    Are you absolutely sure you didn't bin the claim form? Given you've only just had an LBA then the timing is way to quick for a form to be sent and a judgement made.

    Have they bypassed the defending of the parking ticket by just claiming it is a debt that I owe bw legal?

    The system cannot be bypassed. You need to read post 2 of the Newbies thread yet again to see how to apply for a set aside.

    Yes. If you win it is often refunded.

    I did get the evidence from the parking company and the ticket was issued because two letters of the car reg had been transposed on the parking permit.

    Your OP includes an email you had received with details of the claim (that had already been issued and included the (edited out) claim ref.number)

    Does that match the ref no on the default judgement you have now received??
