  • Your post doesn’t make any sense and I think you are confused. Are you referring to the software that slowed your phone down and made it last longer on battery as opposed to shutting down?

That's the one, the software that made your phone appear much slower than the latest and greatest (and more expensive) iPhone forcing people to "upgrade". The software that they only admitted to when they were found out and then put a spin on it that the sheep lapped up.

    Sneakiest company going.

Yeah the software that keeps your phone working for longing instead of shutting down, so you can keep your phone going for longer without the need to replace it. All of which is fixed by replacing your degraded battery.

Yes, that software. I’m not sure why you’re putting a negative spin on something that is positive for the customer.

Name calling people again for buying something that you don't agree with.

Why can't you bring yourself to just admit Apple make products that people want. Why you do always find the negative in them and then label people who buy their products sheep.

I don't buy Android phones but I don't go labelling their customers. Android is a great OS and all the companies that make phones for it and make a profit are giving their customers what they want. All companies do things that some customers don't agree with and that will make their customers switch.

Both Android and IOS push technology forward making everyones life richer and more productive.

Customers who buy Android or Apple come from all walks of life and have different tastes so why the obsession of labelling people who are individuals with different goals and perspectives in life?

I have found through experience the Android crowd to be pretty insufferable. Some of the most closed minded, rude, arrogant people you’ve ever come across online.

Not only has Android destroyed competition in smartphone operating systems and ecosystems, it’s turned some people into really horrible human beings.

I can’t think of anything worse to have happened to technology in the past decade. Android has a huge image problem, mostly caused by these people.

So positive that instead of pronouncing it they tried their best to hide it until (kicking and screaming) they were forced to admit it and tried to put a glossly spin on it. Seems it worked for the gullible.

I guess you’d rather your phone stopped working entirely. I don’t know why you’d want a company to behave in a way that is bad for the consumer. It’s a perverse world you seem to live in!

Your last sentence is why no one likes Android people, always coming across so rude and arrogant.

You guys must know by now you’ve well and truly lost this debate. I truly pity you.
  • At least we're consistent. It's not the battery going down I object to - just the attempt to make it happen sooner in order to con me into buying another over-priced toy. No need for pity - we're not the ones paying through the nose every year or two merely to line the pockets of an organisation which plainly doesn't give a damn about its customers.
