fatrab - think that would work but you'd need to work out the syns! I'd suggest the Light Philli as you can have I think 75g of that for 6 syns (or HEA) so works out cheaper synwise than standard light cream cheese. Don't forget it needs to be wholemeal bread for HEB not just brown bread. How about using the crustless wholemeal then you can make it a triple decker!

I'll be making it for tonight's tea so will let you know how it goes!
Todays breakfast and lunch are a bit basic as using HEA & B tonight..
B- Bacon, egg, beans and mushroom & a handful of strawberries
L- Mexican stew with boiled rice (from Take 5 but with added broccoli, baby corn and garlic)

Feeling bleugh today. The thought of eating anything makes me want to heave and the only thing that got me out of bed is the fact that I have to do payroll, hoping to leave work as soon as that is done.
I know regular eating is important, but what do we do if having a day like this, been awake for hours, wanting to throw up (sorry if you are eating) but nothing happening, feel absolutely bloated & uncomfortable (maybe this has been going on all week but I blamed increased syns?), just want to curl up in bed? Will try a mint tea later, but other than that, not interested in anything.A smile costs little but creates much0 -

It's a really nice bit of news after a tough couple of weeks. It was a somewhat quiet award as my consultant was unwell so a temp was in, but I think I prefer that to the bouquet of flowers the last person gotI've had the chat about 'routes' and I've been told I should be on C. I suspect I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing but add some more Hex B's in and perhaps a few more syns. I'll have to get back to measuring again though. That said, I don't eat that many syns now, so it's quite tricky to see where I can add them, but I need to read up on Savvy syns apparently lol. I'll also see how I get on before lowering it again

Hope all having a good week,
I am struggling with having the kids home for half term, and son's massive birthday cake in the fridge. I think i need to meal plan for the rest of the week or can see myself going off plan big time.
