There is a lot to go at with this. Dodgy contract with landowner. VCS are making the claim but signage and contract with landowner could be Excel.Umkomaas said:

Abuse of process likely to be upheld and have evidence of no collection no fee.
It would be interesting to see the signage.

Well, it turns out I've made another mistake, and this time for not reading properly, schoolboy error. Last one I hope.
It turns out the contract I've had for a few months is with VCS and the dates do line up with the contravention date. I had looked at the issue date (30 + days later). There are no signatures on the said contract, I'm hoping I can get something in writing from the "client" regarding never giving authorisation for court proceedings.0 -
