Well, it turns out I've made another mistake, and this time for not reading properly, schoolboy error. Last one I hope.
It turns out the contract I've had for a few months is with VCS and the dates do line up with the contravention date. I had looked at the issue date (30 + days later). There are no signatures on the said contract, I'm hoping I can get something in writing from the "client" regarding never giving authorisation for court proceedings.0 -
