So it's taken a while, with having to work away and then issues with my laptop and then printer.....grrrr....I'm really not good with tech, would much rather have a trowel in my hand.
I have now uploaded the contract, would prefer to send it as a private message initially though if that's okay?0 -

I have taken took a look at the contract and as you say it's not signed and does say that VCS will act in accordance with the CoP.
I understand that this copy of the contract was from the landowner and VCS are not longer on the site.

The contract expired a matter of days after the contravention date. I've made attempts to contact the landlord recently but to no avail. As I need to submit my evidence by the end of the week I'll just have to roll with what I have.
Abuse of process,
Lack of signature,
Breach of contract.2 -

Just as a matter of interest why were you only in the car park for 17 minutes? Was it very busy?

Yes, there is that too.
I assume they will have to provide evidence of those signs (on the contravention date) at the hearing.
Spoken to the court today, the fee has been paid but no other paperwork received.2 -
Have you received their WS yet?

Just as a matter of interest when VCS instigated court action had they got the authority at that point? The contract became out of date between the transgression and the court action?
I would have thought that the contract should have been in force when court action was instigated but I will stand corrected on that. To me it appears as if they were acting outside their authority as at the point of starting litigation there was no contract in place with the landowner and a new PPC had taken over the site.

I haven't received anything yet although there is still time within the 28 day limit specified in my papers. As far as i'm aware, everything, including the initial NTK, was sent out after their contract had expired.1
