VCS Letter Before Claim - CASE DISMISSED

Snakes_Belly said:What is interesting is that there is no mention of rights over pursuing existing claims through the courts after termination of the contract with the landowner. I think that clause is in Excel's and VCS's more recent contracts. Naturally we will need to see the contract that they produce in their WS.I married my cousin. I appreciate all of the info/ help that has been provided.
If/when I receive anything I will be sure to post it unredacted.
For now I shall keep working on my own WS.2 -
Took a look at another ongoing case where there is an Excel Contract (Travelodge) and it looks the same as the one posted above. Section 4.13 is interesting. I am thinking that the landowner would have been able to cancel the PCN under section 4.13 however the PPC had changed in the meantime. Seems that they would have been prepared to do this.
Perhaps Turnip would be able to obtain a WS from the landowner as under the Excel contract they would have been allowed to cancel five PCN's per month and any others at £10.00 per PCN. So much for some of these landowners saying that they cannot do this.

I have been told previously that any attempt to cancel charges have been futile. I have asked for something in writing about lack of signatures, hopefully that will come through.

Yes, the case was heard in court, well sort of anyway.
The whole thing was a fiasco regarding their witness statement and contradictions within it.
I didn't really have to do much other than point out the discrepancies the judge hadn't seen.....shortly after he dismissed the case, and the counter claim but that was always going to happen.
I asked for my costs for loss of earnings, I already have the cheque.
