The mortgage company wont release the funds until I have signed the forms, the MA said don’t sign the forms until the survey has been completed, will there be a time limit on the mortgage offer? having a wobble panic lol0

should get the survey report back today, i have filled in my HTB isa form for the solicitor and will post that off to her today and the signed mortgage deed all being well with the survey. it said in her letter i should have the isa closed at least 5 days before the completion date. currently we dont have a bank in our town and the nearest bank i could go to do this in i can only access on a saturday, should i shut it on saturday just in case? otherwise it is another week to wait unless i can get an early finish from work as work hours and bank open hours dont mix?0
