Happyme7 not surei can't even remember doing that it's all a blur. However it does sound like the end have you provided pepper with whone your buildings insurance is with? If your life insurance in place? I had to forward all that info to pepper well mortgage advisor did before release of funds

Yeah got the life insurance in place they wnt let me take out buildings insurance until we exchange contracts im really hoping for this wk to be honest:cool:

Ako26 we have signed everything now my solicitor is waiting get some things bk from the sellers solicitor and then once all thts ok she will send it all to peppers solicitors(peppers solicitors are very hard to get hold of my solicitor said)
So it all just depends on tht really and if the sellers ok we could exchange and complete the same day! Im hoping next wk or wk after, i will let you know, i dnt no if the seller is having cold feet now or im being paranoid lol:o

Could you possibly give a list of the things you had prepared to try and speed things up?

We have found a buyer for our house now and are okay to go through with the full application so anything that can help speed things up with Pepper would be much appreciated.

Also if you don't mind me asking, did you have any CCJ's or defaults on your credit file?
