    How's things going for everyone.

    HAPPYME7 have you any news
  • Very interesting feed folks.
My mortgage advisor put in full application last Monday (18/03/19) after we got a decision in principle.

After reading all the positive result on here I'd be interested to know if you all got offered the same figure and rate you were given in the principle offer?
I've had a couple of lenders come back with offers in recent weeks offering either less money or higher rates.

My mortgage advisor was told today that we should have a decision by this coming Wednesday so fingers crossed.

After reading a couple of the posts here I noticed a few people were hit by extra solicitor fees as their solicitor was not on the Pepper Legal List. Luckily you can download this list from Pepper and check yourself (for future applicants). Fortunately my solicitors are on there.

I will update this feed with my progress and look forward to any replies to my above question(s) :j

    Hi all

Yes mine was the same as DIP its one of the lowest pepper offer. Pepper are completely diff and so helpful just take their time, a long time but that's nothing to how slow solicitors act.

HAPPYME7 have you had your surveys back, didn't anything show up?

  • Hi all,

Happy to say, full application made 13/3/2019 and funds released today. A total of 15 days for the whole process, and received what I requested. All good here, as long as you provide everything they want and answer anything they want, all runs smoothe. Yes there were lots and I did already have things semi prepared but respond when they ask and give them what they ask.

Hope everyone else’s will work out as expected .

Happyme7 I'm not quite sure. Have you transferred your deposit, maybe to do with that certainly sounds like the end of the process.
